Binding for all activity of cultrans is the purpose of the association . The purpose is stated in the statute. The association has the purpose of :
_ _Encouraging and capturing the cultural exchanges, particularly in Asia with all it’s diviersities through concrete, transcultural cooperations.
_ The association is politically and denominationally neutral
2. In order to attain the purpose of the association, cultrans will take different cultural measures (events , research , projects , publications, etc.) accompanied by the participation in public tenders of the stated topics .The focus is particularly on creating and fostering a platform, which creates a base for international transcultural exchange.
3. The fundamentals for sustainable cultural exchange is the cooperation with other organizations and institutions, which correspond with the purpose and goals of cultrans.
